This role may qualify for a Skilled Worker visa

SOC 3556 is an eligible occupation, but we are only 54% sure that is the right code. Tesco is a licensed sponsor, so if the code fits, the role should qualify. Check the occupation eligibility rules against what the job actually involves.

Worth checking: this could also be SOC 1251 (Property, housing and estate managers), which is not on the eligible-occupation list. Ask Tesco what the duties actually are.

  • Managing the end-to-end process of introducing third-party retail partners into the business, from opportunity assessment and negotiation through to implementation and ongoing performance management.
  • Building strong relationships with external partners and acting as the key point of contact throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • Identifying growth opportunities across your category and working with New and Existing Partnership Managers to develop and deliver strategic plans.
  • Creating and maintaining a pipeline of partnership installations and projects across the estate.
  • Reviewing business cases, identifying efficiencies and unlocking opportunities through combined projects and innovative solutions.
  • Working collaboratively with UK and Tesco Business Services teams to ensure effective partner management and operational delivery.

  • Driving continuous improvement by developing more efficient processes, ways of working and partnership methodologies.
  • You will need
    • Experience developing and delivering category or partnership strategies.
    • Strong commercial experience, ideally within retail, property, partnerships or a customer-facing environment.

    About sponsorship for this role

Does this job guarantee visa sponsorship?

Not necessarily. Tesco holds a sponsor licence, but sponsorship for a specific hire is always the employer's decision. Be upfront in your application that you'll require it.

What salary is needed for this role to be eligible?

The offer must clear both the general threshold and the SOC 3556 going rate of £55,200. New-entrant and shortage discounts can lower it.
