About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service (NEPTS) for an enthusiastic, dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Systems Support Officer.
The Business Systems Support Officer plays a key role, providing day to day user support and administration of systems used across NEPTS, including CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch), Rostering, Telephony and online services.

The position is a full time Band 4 role (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 0900-1700). Hybrid working between the office and home is available to the successful candidate, though some office attendance is mandatory.

- Ability to administer, update and maintain databases accurately
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, using initiative to identify issues and support appropriate solutions
Qualifications / Knowledge.
Essential
- Good standard of general education, including Maths and English GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)
- Good verbal and written communication skills, able to explain system or technical information clearly to non-technical users.
Experience
Essential
- Experience working with databases or information systems in an administrative or support role
- Experience working in a busy office or operational environment delivering complex customer or staff support
Desirable
- Experience using the Global Rostering System (GRS) or similar workforce management/rostering systems
