Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + car allowance + bonus potential up to £95,000

The Role
As a Residential Building Surveyor, you will
- Undertake Level 2 (Homebuyer) and bespoke Level 3 (Building) surveys across a tailored local patch
- Inspect a diverse portfolio of character, period and high-value residential properties
- Deliver detailed, client-focused reports with clear, actionable advice
- Build trusted relationships with private clients purchasing some of the UK’s most desirable homes
- This is a home-based role, giving you the flexibility to manage your own diary and work in a way that suits your lifestyle

What We’re Looking for MRICS / AssocRICS qualified
Strong experience delivering residential surveys (Level 2 & Level 3)
Excellent technical knowledge of building defects and construction
A client-first mindset with strong report writing skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
