Your Responsibilities

As a Sales Account Executive (m/f/d) within the Jedox team, you will play a key part in helping enterprise customers to transform their planning, forecasting and performance management processes. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will use a value-based sales approach to show how Jedox provides modern, digital and integrated enterprise performance and analysis (xP&A) solutions.

In this role, you will own the entire sales process for enterprise customers, from identifying potential clients to closing deals. You will promote Jedox as the ideal solution for xP&A initiatives, work closely with internal teams and develop long-term relationships with customers and partners, while maintaining a strong focus on value, trust and sustainable success.

We are building a high-performing team defined by ownership, accountability and energy. This is a genuinely exciting time to join: AI is reshaping how every finance team plans and forecasts, and Jedox is right at the centre of that conversation - giving you a fresh, differentiated story to take to market. If you're a motivated seller who enjoys being out in front of customers and partners, and want to make your mark in an exciting company, you'll find real support, momentum and opportunity here. You will own your number, your territory and your pipeline - creating opportunity rather than waiting for it, with a team around you that celebrates the wins together.

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle:

Generate revenue by adopting a value-selling approach throughout the process, from initial engagement to closing enterprise-level deals - with full personal accountability for every outcome in your territory.

Create and own high-quality pipeline: Build and maintain healthy pipeline coverage against your quota through proactive, self-generated prospecting - not just inbound - with disciplined weekly pipeline management in our CRM as the single source of truth.

Communicate the value of Jedox: Demonstrate how Jedox and JedoxAI empower xP&A projects and elevate planning, forecasting and business decisions - bringing AI-driven, explainable forecasting into the conversation and anchoring every discussion on business outcomes, not features.

Inspire digital transformation: Engage prospects by presenting a clear and compelling vision of digitisation and integrated business planning.

Develop strategic sales plans: Identify, prospect and execute targeted sales plays and activities to win enterprise customers, including structured account planning, rigorous qualification (e.g. MEDDPICC) and multi-threading across finance, IT and operations stakeholders.

Cross-functional collaboration: Acquire new customers by working closely with the pre-sales, channel management, marketing and business development teams - bringing colleagues and partners in early, and lifting each other up as one team with one number.

Drive market-facing activity: Contribute to workshops, webinars and events alongside marketing and partners to create demand and build visible expertise in your market.

Work smarter with AI: Actively use modern AI tools in your daily workflow - from account research and prospecting to preparing presentations, proposals and follow-ups - so more of your time goes where it counts: in front of customers and partners.

Own forecasting and pipeline management: Maintain accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts as well as pipeline reports, with strong CRM hygiene, and play an active role in prospecting activities.

Build lasting relationships: Build trusted partnerships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders to ensure long-term success.

• Strong record of success in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Proven ability to build, manage and self-generate a healthy sales pipeline and expand existing accounts.
• A high-ownership mindset: you act with urgency, take responsibility for your results, and when challenges arise you come with ideas on how to tackle them together.
