About the role
We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Architect/Project Manager to join a busy London-based team on an initial 3-month contract, working across complex commercial projects in the UK.
This is an immediate requirement, with the successful candidate ideally available to start next Monday and able to hit the ground running from day one.
The Role
You’ll be joining this project at RIBA Stage 3, and responsible for taking this project through to constructions, whilst managing a team of juniors.
We’re looking for someone who has significant experience taking complex UK projects through coordination, detailed design and into delivery, with a strong technical grounding and the confidence to operate at a senior level from the outset.
Key Requirements
- Solid post-Part 3 experience
- Significant experience working on UK projects
- Strong commercial project experience
- Excellent Revit skills – essential
- Strong RIBA Stage 3 experience
- Excellent technical and construction knowledge
- Proven experience coordinating complex projects and design packages
- Experience taking projects through coordination, detailed design and into delivery
- Confident working closely with consultants and contractors
- Able to work independently and hit the ground running
- Available to start immediately
