Senior Business Development Manager – B2B SaaS
Salary: £30,000 Basic | £120,000 OTE | Uncapped Commission
About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious, results-driven B2B salesperson to drive growth across our three automotive technology platforms: Audiofy, AutoGrid and Route Portal.
You’ll target high-value clients, primarily automotive dealership groups, selling innovative AI and SaaS solutions with an average target contract value of £120,000 annually.
Full product training will be provided across all three platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new B2B clients across the UK.
- Generate leads, arrange meetings and conduct software demonstrations.
- Sell all three platforms individually or as bundled solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, technology or automotive.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills.
- Confident selling high-value solutions to senior decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, commercially driven and target-focused.
- Experience selling software is advantageous but not essential.
