Anyone can use the standard rate, and the pay is below it. If you are a new entrant or a PhD holder, you can use a lower rate, and the pay clears the new entrant rate. On the jobs board, Standard hides roles like this and the new entrant rate shows them as Possible at most.

About CDS
CDS develops and supports CODAS, an ERP platform designed around the day-to-day realities of fuel distribution. For over 50 years, we have combined software expertise with practical industry knowledge.
Our customers depend on CODAS to run their businesses. We build long-term relationships, give honest advice and deliver on our commitments, while continuing to invest in our people, services and software.
The opportunity
Help new and existing customers successfully implement CODAS and embed it into their day-to-day operations.
As a senior member of our implementation team, you’ll bring practical judgement to complex requirements, work directly with customers and take ownership of implementation activity through to go-live and handover.
You’ll understand how each business operates, guide customers through change and help users become confident with their systems. You’ll also share your expertise with colleagues and contribute to improving how we deliver implementations.
What you’ll do
What you’ll bring
Strong practical experience of implementing or supporting operational business systems, gained through one or more of these routes:
Practical CODAS experience would be a strong advantage, as would knowledge of fuel distribution operations.
You’ll be comfortable understanding business processes, working hands-on with software and guiding users through change. You’ll communicate clearly, put customer service first and take ownership of a brief, progressing it independently while involving specialists when needed.
You do not need previous team management experience. Product and industry training will build on the expertise you bring.
