Connect to your Industry

The success of third-party relationships is critical to our clients. Our Third-Party Management professionals help our clients maximise the value and minimise the risks from their supply chain and extended ecosystem. Our team leverage technology solutions, including advanced analytics and automation, to bring enhanced resilience and operational efficiency to our client’s external business relationships.

General: Extended Enterprise

We advise our clients to improve their maturity in managing Third Party relationships, covering both Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). This typically involves developing and implementing TPRM and CLM frameworks and technology solutions for our clients that align with industry good practices and regulatory requirements. We provide leading insight, guidance and support to improve client processes, technology platforms and operating models across the entire third-party and contract lifecycle and aim to assist our clients to build sustainability, integrity, resilience and efficiencies into their supply chain operations. We are leading the growth of TPRM and CLM technology implementations across all industries, through building strong relationships with leading vendors and combining this product knowledge with market leading TPRM and CLM expertise.

We offer our people a wide variety of career paths that include working with the largest corporate household names to smaller clients in niche or emerging industries.

Connect to your opportunity

We have a new and exciting opportunity for an individual to join our UK-based team as a Senior Manager, playing a pivotal role in expanding our Third-Party Management (TPM) Implementation capability. The role involves leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver large-scale TPM technology implementations and transformations for our clients across all sectors.

The role would involve working directly with senior stakeholders to lead the implementation of cloud-based SaaS TPRM and/or CLM solutions to our clients, ensuring successful project outcomes and high levels of client satisfaction. In addition, the role will provide a great opportunity to develop leading methodologies for delivery of these implementation projects as well as an opportunity to drive eminence activities and sales growth with key TPRM and CLM technology vendors.

Each client engagement is different in nature and requires team members to think flexibly and independently, with a high focus on problem solving for our clients to help manage their most complex supply chain risk challenges.

Connect to your skills and professional experience

The successful individual will demonstrate the following behaviours, capabilities, and experience:

• Extensive experience leading large-scale, complex cloud-based SaaS implementations in the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) space

Working with our Third-Party Management team provides a mixture of working in the office, client sites and visiting third parties’ premises, which provides variety and a well-rounded mix of work environments. The team value a healthy work-life balance and provide ample opportunity to socialise with other members of the team across grades.

This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm). The recruitment team will provide further details as you progress through the recruitment process, or you can contact the Independence team upon request.
