About the role
WPS are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Planned Maintenance team on the Orbit SHF contract in Erith. You'll oversee the delivery of SHDF-funded energy efficiency and decarbonisation works within occupied social housing.

- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering planned maintenance projects within social housing.
- SHDF project experience is essential.
- Experience managing retrofit, decarbonisation, insulation, windows, doors, ventilation or energy efficiency improvement works.
- Strong track record of managing subcontractors and operational teams within occupied properties.
- SMSTS qualification (essential).
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
- Ongoing training and professional development.
