Job Introduction

What You’ll Do

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of technology and business change projects within NHG Digital’s portfolio. As our Technical Project Manager, you’ll work with business stakeholders, technical teams, suppliers and delivery partners to make sure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to agreed quality standards. Working in a predominantly Microsoft cloud environment, including Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 CRM and integrated SaaS solutions, you’ll turn complex technical delivery into clear, measurable business outcomes that make a lasting difference for our residents. This is a hybrid role, with at least three days a week in an office or community/site-based setting.

How You’ll Do It

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technology-enabled change projects, preparing robust business cases, plans, budgets and delivery roadmaps aligned to organisational objectives
  • Establish appropriate project governance, reporting on progress, milestones, risks and dependencies
  • Manage projects using Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall approaches, selecting the right methodology for each project and using Azure DevOps (ADO) and other project management tools
  • Make sure testing and acceptance processes are effective, including OAT, UAT, business readiness and implementation activities
  • Engage stakeholders to define scope, benefits and return on investment, and matrix-manage project teams including Solution Owners, SMEs, technical resources, information security and suppliers
  • Manage supplier relationships, procurement activities and contract performance in partnership with Procurement, and support colleagues with advice, peer review and best practice

    • PRINCE2, APM, PMP or equivalent project management qualification
    • Agile certification (AgilePM, Scrum Master or equivalent)
    • Experience in housing or other regulated industries
