About the role
Technical Sales Engineer – Liquid Cooling Solutions (EU)
AI Infrastructure | Data Centres | High Performance Computing - UK Based Hybrid role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to support the deployment of advanced liquid cooling solutions for next-generation data centres.
The Role
- Provide technical support for liquid cooling solutions across hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data centres.
- Act as the customer-facing technical expert for direct-to-chip, immersion, and hybrid cooling systems.
- Support solution design, system sizing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimisation.
- Work closely with customers, sales, engineering, and R&D teams.
- Deliver technical presentations, training, and support for customer projects and deployments.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Thermal, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- 3–7 years’ experience in Field Applications Engineering, Systems Engineering, or technical support.
Knowledge of:
- Heat transfer and fluid dynamics
- Data centre infrastructure
- Liquid cooling technologies (direct-to-chip, rear-door heat exchangers, CDU systems)
- Thermal and hydraulic analysis
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical specifications.
- Experience supporting enterprise, hyperscale, or HPC environments an advantage
Ideal Candidate
- Strong customer communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical problem solver with a hands-on engineering approach.
- Comfortable working independently and travelling across Europe.
