As Maintenance Engineer you will be the next driving force behind Hanshow. You are self-motivated and have a “can-do” attitude. You will work closely with other senior leaders across a variety of departments.
At Hanshow you will:
Within the technical department and reporting to the Technical and Service Director Europe, you offer key customers technical and functional support throughout the development process and oversee project delivery. You identify and translate customer requirements and opportunities into effective hardware solutions.
As part of your function, your missions are:
- Diagnose and Repair Hardware Issues: Identify and troubleshoot hardware issues in various equipment, including electronic shelf label, and access point.
- Parts Replacement and Testing: Replace defective or damaged parts and test hardware functionality to ensure reliable operation.
Who are we looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, telecommunications, mechanical engineering or related technical field.
- Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in project and technical support.
- Excellent command of both English, Mandarin.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues, with the capacity to respond rapidly and effectively address urgent problems.
- Ability to work efficiently on several projects in parallel.
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills, with an ability to handle pressure effectively and prioritize tasks appropriately.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and ownership in resolving issues for assigned clients.
- Driving license is a PLUS
