- Experience overseeing complex portfolios of change rather than directly managing project or programme delivery.
- Demonstrable experience producing Executive and Board-level reporting and translating complex datasets into meaningful business insights.

- Previous experience within, or alongside, a Big Four consultancy would be advantageous.

- PRINCE2, MSP, MoP, APMG or equivalent portfolio/programme governance qualification.
- Transformation benefits are clearly tracked, realised and aligned to investment expectations.
- Portfolio governance and stage-gate processes operate effectively and consistently.
- Executive and Board stakeholders have accurate, timely and insightful reporting that supports strategic decision making.
- Portfolio-level risks, dependencies and issues are proactively identified, managed and escalated where appropriate.
- Transformation initiatives remain aligned to strategic objectives and value-delivery milestones.
- High-quality Power BI dashboards and reporting provide a clear view of portfolio health, benefits delivery and programme performance across the organisation.
This is a rare opportunity to influence transformation at an enterprise level. Rather than managing a single programme, you'll have visibility across the entire transformation portfolio, helping shape strategic decisions, strengthen governance and ensure the business delivers maximum value from its investment in change.
If you enjoy operating at Board level, bringing order to complexity, and combining governance excellence with powerful data-led insights, we'd love to hear from you.
