SOC 2422 (85% match) is an eligible occupation, with a going rate of £45,800, and Zuba is a licensed sponsor. That is our reading of the rules. Whether they issue a Certificate of Sponsorship is still their call.
This could also be SOC 1131 (Financial managers and directors, Manages real cash flows and liquidity, though not primarily people management) or SOC 2421 (Chartered and certified accountants, Month-end close, reconciliations and intercompany transactions are accounting duties). We read the code off the advert, so it is our best guess, not the employer's.

2421 Chartered and certified accountants Also possible | £34,500 | £39,400 | £44,300 | £49,200 |
We use the lowest threshold across the plausible codes. Likelihood is Possible at most when the pay clears only a lower rate, or only under a less likely code. How the Home Office picks the code
About Zuba
We’re building the global payment network for money moving into, across, and out of the world’s emerging markets: instant, transparent, and affordable, with stablecoin rails under the hood. We’re backed by multiple unicorn fintech founders and some incredible investors like EWOR, Triple A, Digital Currency Group, Entourage, and Raba.
We’re early enough that the people joining today define how this company works, and proven enough that the work is real from day one: live partners, live corridors, real money. The problems are hard, the surface area is global, and the prize is a rebuild of how money moves between the fastest-growing markets on earth.
We’re growing our team to help us shape the future of our industry together. If you see a role that could be a fit for you, please reach out to [email protected], and let’s talk!
About the role
We're looking for a Treasury Analyst to work alongside our Head of Finance on the operational heartbeat of Zuba: moving money across borders, managing liquidity across currencies and stablecoins, and making sure our payout partners are funded on time, every time. You'll report into our Head of Treasury as that hire lands.
This isn't a typical graduate finance role. You won't be reconciling spreadsheets in a back office. You'll be managing real cash flows across GBP, EUR, USD, and USDT, prefunding payout partners in Nigerian Naira and other African currencies, and monitoring FX exposure that moves daily. On day one, you'll have more responsibility over real money than most people get in their first five years.

The offer must clear both the general threshold and the SOC 2422 going rate of £45,800. New-entrant and shortage discounts can lower it.
