SOC 1254 is an eligible occupation, but we are only 40% sure that is the right code. West Northamptonshire Council is a licensed sponsor, so if the code fits, the role should qualify. Check the occupation eligibility rules against what the job actually involves.
We pick the code from the advert's text, so it is our best guess, not the employer's. Each code it could be has its own likelihood:
- Likely 1254 (Waste disposal and environmental services managers) · 40% match
- Likely 2152 (Environment professionals) · 17% match
- Ineligible 4112 (Local government administrative occupations) · 13% match

We encourage applicants to submit a CV and supporting statement demonstrating how they meet the requirements of the role, including their experience of contract management, service delivery, stakeholder engagement, and leading services through periods of change.
