Purpose
An experienced Air Conditioning industry professional who can absorb a significant customer book and provide immediate credibility with contractors, consultants and customers.

Following continued growth and expansion, Oceanair is strengthening its customer support and account management team across the Midlands region.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of RAC/PAC/VRF customers.
Build relationships with contractors, end users and consultants.
Identify project opportunities and pipeline growth.
Work closely with internal quotations, technical and customer service teams.
Support the transition and development of customer relationships across the wider business.
Maintain high levels of customer responsiveness and service.
Ideal Candidate
RAC/PAC/VRF knowledge – preferably with our brands: Daikin/Fujitsu/Panasonic
Strong account management skills.
Able to manage relationships remotely and in person.
Commercially aware.
Self-motivated and organised.
Looking for a long-term opportunity.
