Based on existing Hollis Associate and professional surveying role materials.

Working closely with colleagues across Building Surveying and the wider Hollis business, you'll provide expert advice across a range of commercial property instructions, with a particular focus on dilapidations and technical due diligence.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering dilapidations instructions on behalf of both landlords and tenants.
Undertaking technical due diligence surveys and reporting for acquisitions, disposals and portfolio transactions.

Producing high-quality reports and professional advice across a variety of commercial asset types.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Supporting the development of new and existing client opportunities alongside senior colleagues.
Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver joined-up advice to clients.
Mentoring and supporting graduates and junior surveyors in their professional development.
Contributing to the growth and success of the wider Building Surveying team across the Midlands.
About You
We're keen to hear from Chartered Building Surveyors who enjoy professional surveying work, take pride in delivering excellent client service and are looking to play an active role within a collaborative and successful team.
You'll ideally have:
MRICS qualification.
Strong experience in dilapidations and technical due diligence.
Experience advising landlords, tenants, investors and occupiers across commercial real estate sectors.
Excellent technical, analytical and report-writing skills.
Experience developing and maintaining client relationships.
The ability to support and mentor junior team members.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
A collaborative and approachable working style.
A genuine interest in contributing to the success and development of the wider team.
Our preference is to recruit directly wherever possible. Should this role be approved for support from external recruitment partners, we will contact our PSL agencies accordingly.
