About
All together different - We’re independent, multi-disciplinary real estate technical experts, project managers, and sustainability consultants.
At Hollis, we know buildings inside and out. For more than 30 years, we’ve been powered by independence and driven by deep technical knowledge – a unique combination that sets us apart.
Advising across core real estate markets in the UK and Europe, we understand how buildings work, how they perform, and how to unlock their full potential with unbiased, value-driven commercial solutions.
WE’RE HOLLIS
We work with owners, occupiers, developers and funders, across both private and public sectors, to help them get more out of their real estate, at every stage of the property life cycle.
Advising across core real estate markets in the UK and Europe, we understand how buildings work, how they perform, and how to unlock their full potential with unbiased, value-driven commercial solutions.
We are committed to delivering and maintaining a sustainable built environment and are recognised specialists in due diligence surveys, measured surveys, project management, cost management, party walls, rights of light, M&E and environment, energy and sustainability.
Ours is a culture built on the idea that people do things better by doing them together. Where everyone gets involved side by side, to tackle each challenge and win the best outcome for our clients. We aim to do the right thing, be clear, transparent and find some fun along the way.
We have a unique way of working, evolved through many years of practical experience and a tenacious attitude where we always try to find the fun. We’re constantly evolving our capabilities, footprint and approach to reflect the demands of a changing world, and make the best of what it offers.
