We're looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Clients & Markets team, supporting the growth of our Insurance sector and wider client development programme. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious business development professional looking to build their career within a leading professional services environment, working alongside experienced Business Development Managers and key stakeholders across the firm.

As a Business Development Executive, you will:
- Support the development and growth of client accounts across multiple industry sectors, with a primary focus on Insurance.
- Assist with creating and implementing client development plans and identifying new business opportunities.
Essential
- Previous experience in a business development, client development or marketing role.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail, including proofreading skills.
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.
- Good numerical and analytical capabilities, including working with data and reporting.
- A proactive, self-motivated and resourceful approach.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment.
- Experience within legal services or another professional services environment.
- Exposure to CRM systems and client relationship management processes.
- Interest in developing a long-term career within business development in a professional services setting.
