Role Description The Contract Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of customer and supplier contracts, ensuring agreements are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company objectives. This full-time hybrid role is based in Lincoln, with a combination of in-office work and some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contract terms; coordinating with internal teams such as legal, finance, sales and operations; and maintaining a central repository of contracts and related documentation.

The Contract Manager will monitor contractual obligations and performance, manage renewals and amendments, and identify risks or issues that require escalation. The role also involves developing and improving contract policies, templates, and processes, supporting bids and tenders, and providing guidance on contractual best practices to stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management, commercial management, or a similar role, preferably within technology, healthcare, or professional services.
