SOC 3416 (79% match) is an eligible occupation, with a going rate of £38,100, and elasticStage is a licensed sponsor. That is our reading of the rules. Whether they issue a Certificate of Sponsorship is still their call.
We pick the code from the advert's text, so it is our best guess, not the employer's. Each code it could be has its own likelihood:
- Possible 3416 (Arts officers, producers and directors) · 79% match
- Possible 3554 (Advertising and marketing associate professionals) · 13% match

About the role
We are seeking a Creative Producer to help us redefine the physical and digital music industry. elasticStage is building the world's first on-demand vinyl and CD platform, unlocking physical music for the Digital Creator era. By 2030, there will be over 250 million music creators globally, most locked out of physical formats due to high minimum runs and operational complexity. elasticStage solves this through patented on-demand vinyl and CD manufacturing technology, powering a free-to-use platform where creators can produce and sell physical releases worldwide with no upfront costs or minimum quantities.
And we are scaling fast:
- 100,000+ creators are using the product within our first year of commercialisation
- Aiming for 20X growth by 2027.
- Partnerships with SoundCloud and Amuse (with more major partners to come!)
- Shipped to over 90 countries.
- 4.7★ on Trustpilot and Google
- Recently raised new funding, bringing the total capital raised to £30M
- Just moved to a new office in Kings Cross
As our Creative Producer, you'll be the person who gets that content made. You'll turn ideas from our Paid Social, Organic Social, CRM and wider teams into finished videos, ads and social content, quickly and consistently. You'll work closely with our Paid Social Lead, paid media agency and Organic Social team, who own channel strategy and performance, while you own creative development and production.
This role has two sides. Sometimes you'll be in the content, presenting, filming and editing it yourself. Other times you'll be organising it, briefing and managing artists and external creators. Most weeks will be a mix, and you'll know which approach suits each piece. We care about the quality, speed and consistency of what gets produced, not whether you made every piece yourself.
Requirements
- 3+ years creating short-form social, paid social or video-first content, with a portfolio to show
- Strong creative instincts: you can turn a loose idea into an engaging concept, hook and script
- Confident filming and editing quickly in Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut or similar
- Comfortable presenting on camera
- Experience briefing and managing external creators or freelancers
- Highly organised across multiple briefs, creators and deadlines
- Understanding of paid and organic social, and the difference between content that grabs attention and content that drives action
- A genuine interest in music and independent artists
- A bias towards getting things made
- Experience producing Meta or TikTok ad creative with multiple hooks and variations
- An existing network of UGC creators, musicians or video freelancers
- Experience with creator budgets, content licensing and paid usage rights
- Knowledge of vinyl, physical formats or the independent music industry
- Basic design skills (Canva, Figma or Adobe CC)
