We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team and help shape the next chapter of our brand story. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role where you’ll create engaging written and visual content, shoot and edit videos, design campaign assets, manage HubSpot workflows, and bring fresh energy to our digital marketing activity.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with our VP of Marketing to plan, create, and deliver multi-channel campaigns that reach, engage, and convert our audience across digital touchpoints.
Day to day, you’ll:
- Create & Deliver Email Campaigns: From concept, copy, and layout design to build, segment targeting, and automation in HubSpot.
- Produce & Edit Multimedia Content: Film, edit, and produce short-form video content and designed graphics for social media, emails, and website use.
- Write & Publish Content: Draft engaging blog posts, social captions, and visual assets that build brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage & Grow Social Channels: Lead our presence on LinkedIn and Instagram with a mix of static graphics, video clips, and high-impact posts.
- Maintain HubSpot Marketing Hub: Build and optimise workflows, email templates, lists, and automations to keep our marketing engine running smoothly.
- Analyse & Optimise Performance: Track metrics across video, social, and email channels, suggesting smart, data-driven improvements.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Hands-on & Creative: Strong written communication skills combined with an eye for graphic design and video storyboarding.
- Technically Handy: Basic to intermediate experience with video recording (smartphone/DSLR), film editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci), and design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Organised: Comfortable juggling copywriting, filming schedules, design tasks, and campaign deadlines.
- Platform-Savvy: Familiar with HubSpot (or another CRM/marketing automation platform) and native social media platforms.
- Data-Curious: Interested in visual engagement metrics, click-through rates, and continually refining content performance.
- Eager to Learn: Enthusiastic about digital marketing, visual storytelling trends, and growing their skill set.
