SOC 2412 (75% match) is an eligible occupation, with a going rate of £51,600, and Winston Taylor is a licensed sponsor. That is our reading of the rules. Whether they issue a Certificate of Sponsorship is still their call.
This could also be SOC 3520 (Legal associate professionals, Paralegal-level work managing tribunal cases, not fully qualified solicitor) or SOC 3571 (Human resources and industrial relations officers, Title 'Employment Adviser' matches HR index entry). We read the code off the advert, so it is our best guess, not the employer's.
