• Drive regional restaurant acquisition: Map, prospect, pitch, and close high-value Chinese restaurant partners across Edinburgh and surrounding territories to expand our local marketplace selection.
• Execute strategic business development: Engage directly with independent restaurants in Mandarin or Cantonese via physical visits, phone calls, and social platforms to demonstrate the commercial value of Deliveroo’s technology.

Own the commercial onboarding journey: Oversee the end-to-end partner onboarding process to ensure it is fast, efficient, and seamless for new partners.

Secure early partner success: Actively support and monitor new restaurant performance within their first eight weeks on the platform to maximise their long-term growth.

Act as a local territory expert: Build deep insight into the regional Asian culinary scene, travelling across Edinburgh and adjacent areas to identify key brands that local customers crave.
