SOC 2432 is an eligible occupation, but we are only 47% sure that is the right code. Saatchi Gallery is a licensed sponsor, so if the code fits, the role should qualify. Check the occupation eligibility rules against what the job actually involves.
We pick the code from the advert's text, so it is our best guess, not the employer's. Each code it could be has its own likelihood:

Role purpose
Lead Saatchi Gallery’s digital audience growth and commercial performance across social media, content, CRM, email, website(s) and ticketing. Build the technology and data foundations that help people discover our exhibitions programme, visit the gallery and return.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining cultural judgement, measurable commercial delivery and strong practical IT skills. Own the digital roadmap and delivery within agreed budgets, keeping real art experiences at the centre of the Gallery’s offer.
Commercial growth and digital experience
• Translate exhibition and event priorities into integrated campaigns with clear audiences, budgets, booking journeys and targets
• Support membership, retail and venue-hire demand with the relevant commercial owners
• Use audience research, visitor feedback and analytics to reach new and returning audiences, including local communities, younger visitors and international audiences where relevant to the programme
• Improve accessible website and mobile journeys, booking conversion and search visibility
• Maintain discovery listings and use appropriate visitor review requests to strengthen reputation
• Manage paid media and creator partnerships
• Report revenue, acquisition costs, conversion and campaign contribution, distinguishing attributed results from incremental impact
Social media content and community
• Own strategy and practical delivery across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and relevant channels
• Develop commerce and community focused formats and a coordinated calendar with a consistent gallery identity and tone
• Commission and help produce artist stories, interviews, installation footage and useful visitor content with programme colleagues
• Invite ideas from artists, visitors, creators and the wider community and develop selected contributions and partnerships
CRM email and audience data
• Build a flexible CRM and email roadmap around visitor and member needs
• Deliver programme emails and welcome, post-visit and membership journeys
• Test relevance and conversion; oversee integrations between website, ticketing, CRM, email and commercial systems
• Document data flows, train internal users and provide useful dashboards that inform campaigns, visitor experience and commercial decisions.
Technical ownership and collaboration
Technology and platform responsibilities
• Own systems, accounts and technical suppliers
• Manage CMS (currently WordPress) and relevant commerce platforms
• Verify tracking, booking events and consent controls
• Select tools for flexibility, cost, integration and supportability and take pragmatic, budget-efficient decisions
• Select and use specialist providers for complex infrastructure, security and development under agreed service levels
Collaboration and leadership
• Align messaging and calendars with Communications, which leads press, real-world marketing and corporate communications
• Manage allocated staff and suppliers, develop colleagues’ digital skills and report priorities and results to leadership.
Essential experience and capabilities
Evidence of personally delivering audience growth and commercial results in culture, entertainment, visitor attractions, retail or another relevant consumer setting. Hands-on social and video delivery, particularly Instagram and TikTok, and a proportionate approach to YouTube.
Proven CRM and email delivery across segmentation, journeys, data quality and integrations, with the ability to apply audience insight. Strong practical technical project skills, including websites, access, hosting, analytics and troubleshooting.
Experience improving booking or ecommerce conversion, evaluating paid media and managing budgets and teams while personally delivering work, cultural programming or membership and creator partnerships and activations. Clear communication, stakeholder management and editorial judgement. Interest in contemporary art and commitment to inclusive, accessible visitor experiences.
Equivalent practical experience matters more than a degree or certification.
