About the role
Temporary IT Operations Specialist | London (Hybrid)
Handle are currently working with a fast-growing consumer brand looking for an IT Operations Specialist to join their expanding team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 2-4 years' IT support experience who wants to go beyond the traditional service desk, take ownership of IT operations and get involved in wider technology projects.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing hands-on IT support across Mac, Windows and mobile devices.
- Managing employee onboarding, offboarding and device provisioning.
- Administering user accounts, permissions and access across business systems.
- Supporting Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and device management platforms.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and managing support tickets.
- Improving IT processes, maintaining documentation and supporting wider projects.
- Ensuring meeting rooms and AV equipment are ready to use and resolving technical issues as they arise.
- Getting involved in wider IT projects, system implementations and process improvements as the business grows
Candidate requirements:
- 2-4 years' experience in IT Support or IT Operations.
- Hands-on experience supporting both Mac and Windows.
- Experience with an MDM platform such as Jamf or Intune.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with IT service management and ticketing systems.
