Are you a dynamic and organised Learning & Development Coordinator ready to take the lead in shaping the future of care? We are seeking an enthusiastic Coordinator to join our vibrant and dedicated Learning & Development team.

The Role: To support all elements of Learning and Development to ensure colleagues can receive fulfilling careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting with bookings for delegates and team members
- Creation of training slides, updating slides, creating presentation slides
- General communications for delegates and the business
- Working with Internal comms and social media team
- Helping with Survey creation and collating of data
- Supporting the team with getting reports together using templates and Excel sheets
- Gathering data and adding to Excel for analysis
- Helping arrange meetings and events
- Supporting with colleagues recognition and reward for completion of learning
- Helping keep the internal Intranet up to date
- Helping with updating documents across the department
- Working with teams across the support centre and Op’s to gain feedback and information for courses.
- Keeping a budget tracker
- Occasional support with the Learning Mgt System & compliance
