Strong understanding of contracts, data protection, and legal operations.
Experience with NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, outsourcing arrangements, and internal legal registers.
Interest in legal technology, automation, structured legal data, and scalable legal processes.
Ability to work with multiple departments and translate legal requirements into clear, practical guidance.

Ability to operate in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly.
Nice to have:
Experience in fintech, payments, banking, EMI/PI, SaaS, or another regulated environment.
Knowledge of GDPR, privacy engineering, outsourcing requirements, or payment scheme rules.
Understanding of multi-jurisdictional licensing or regulatory data management.
A dynamic work environment with real ownership, practical challenges, and continuous learning opportunities.
