We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in EUROPE, who is passionate about building brand awareness, driving marketing initiatives, creating engaging content, and delivering impactful campaigns that support business growth across the region.

The position is based in Gatwick, UK and operates on a hybrid schedule, combining in-office collaboration with flexible remote working.

We will provide the successful candidate with the support, resources, and global platform needed to succeed. Bringing strong strategic marketing experience, project management capabilities, stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven ability to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns will be essential for success in this role.

Purpose of the Role

• Drive regional growth by leading and executing Europe marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives across business aviation, commercial passenger, and cargo charter services.
• Drive Chapman Freeborn Group (CFG) brand visibility, growth and positioning across Europe markets, reinforcing CFG as the preferred charter solutions provider.
• Implement effective marketing campaigns that meet the group’s objectives for new business generation and customer engagement.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated EUROPE marketing strategies that directly support regional commercial goals and market share growth.

People Management

• Effectively manage personnel in line with People and Culture policies, procedures and guidelines that conform fully to local legislation and regulations.
• Act in a professional, confidential and appropriate manner in all staff interactions and employee matters.

Correlation with Sales, Broking and Group Marketing staff

• Work closely with EUROPE Commercial, Sales, Broking, Product, and Group Marketing teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue and growth objectives.

Communication

• Work in partnership with the digital marketing team in shaping marketing activities in the region.
• Keep up to date with activities of other marketing staff using the appropriate network of communication.
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues on Chapman Freeborn’s voice, language, visual identity and logo usage – establishing and maintaining the templates the team and group works from.

Group Policies and Procedures (Business Intelligence, Compliance, Finance, HR, IT, Legal)

• Undertake all activities in accordance with applicable group policies and procedures to ensure that the interests of the Group and individual corporate entities are protected at all times.
• At all times ensure that legal and commercial risks (to the extent relevant to the post-holder role) are identified and minimised through effective communication with applicable stakeholders as well as relevant support functional departments and, when necessary, the Board of Directors.

Other

• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion, always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Carry out any other duties within the competence of the role holder, as requested (including additional working hours as and when required).
• Travel when required in line with business needs.
• Keep up to date with industry changes, procedures and requirements relating to job role.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years' experience in marketing
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
