The company has seen exponential growth over the last 5 years and we are now looking to add a new Business Manager to the UK team to help us build upon our success.

This is a new full time, office-based position, at our London Bridge office (SE1) and is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join the Customer Engagement and Loyalty team and play a pivotal role in growing the business. If you have a strong proven background in digital solution with a desire and passion to make a real difference, this could be the ideal position for you.

Reporting directly to the Director of Customer engagement and Loyalty, you will help drive the marketing strategies for the UK a business and have a hand in the direction the business will take over the next 5 years.

Key Responsibilities

• As someone with at least 5 years’ experience in selling complex digital solutions, you will be hunting new opportunities and managing your own sales pipe.
• You will be selling to C/board level, so you need to possess the ability to communicate effectively and understand their business needs.
• You will understand digital technology and the importance of data in the loyalty solutions you sell.
• Working the with Business Unit Director and the Head of Marketing, you will source and attend relevant networking events and conferences
• Develop quotations and proposals

Responsibilities

• Building and managing your own sales pipeline
• Managing sales leads from initial contact to close
• Arrange and assist product demonstrations over video conferencing.
• Understanding the needs of potential clients and presenting our solutions to them in a way that addresses those needs.

You will also work collaboratively with:

• The customer and engagement team to move forward qualified inbound leads.
• Product and Marketing teams to stay up to date with our latest product updates and marketing initiatives.
• Operations team to keep up to date with internal and external process for handing over new clients for onboarding.
• About You:
• To excel in this role, you’ll need to have the following skills, qualities and experience:
• 5 years proven track record of selling software-as-a-service (SaaS) into strategic / enterprise accounts.
• Deeply in tune with buyer needs and Relationship building.
• Ability to quickly identify customers’ needs and offer pragmatic solutions.
• Technical aptitude to master a complex, data-oriented product Demonstrated prospecting, discovery, objection handling, planning and closing skills.
• Highly coachable and motivated by continuous learning with a healthy dose of curiosity and a strong bias for action.
• Excellent written / oral communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced Listening & ability to ask open ended questions.

You must have a full clean driving license and be prepared to travel extensively within the UK, occasionally involving an overnight stay.
