Expanding our UK operations, we are looking for a QA/QC Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) for EPC projects;
- Ensure full compliance with QA/QC standards, project specifications, and contractual requirements;
- Review and approve project documentation and monitor construction quality;
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and oversees testing activities;
- Manage non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions;
- Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure quality compliance;
- Provide quality performance reports to senior management;
- Promote continuous improvement and deliver QA/QC training when required.
Requirements:
- Project Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field; PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the solar, renewable energy, or construction industry, with at least 2 years in an EPC environment;
- Proven track record of managing solar projects from inception to completion, including utility-scale or ground-mounted installations;
