About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain quality management systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established quality procedures and documentation
- Manage and control all quality-related documentation, including procedures, specifications, and records
- Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant personnel
- Locate, organise, scan and upload of records/documents/logs, and paper record filing
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to establish and maintain quality control records during design, manufacturing, and testing processes.
- Conduct assessments to identify areas for improvement and corrective actions.
- Work closely with the procurement team to administer supplier information.
- Implement supplier quality management processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality components
- Provide training on quality procedures and processes to relevant staff
- Support continuous learning and development initiatives related to quality improvement
- Generate and analyse key performance indicators related to quality metrics
- Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting areas of excellence and opportunities for improvement

Essential
- Proven experience in administration (1 year).
- Proficient Microsoft systems and able to produce KPI reports and data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
- 5 GCSE’s (Inc. Maths & English)
- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards (AS9100, ISO 9001)
