We’re looking for a driven and motivated individual with a clear track record of ambition and a genuine desire to build a career in recruitment. You’ll ideally be someone who:

• Previous recruitment experience across any sector; with a preference for finance recruitment.
• Is ambitious and motivated - driven by progression, development and achieving your goals.
• Is keen to learn - proactive, open to feedback and excited to develop quickly.
• Is confident and people-focused - able to build strong relationships and deliver an excellent service.
• Is commercially minded - motivated by earning potential and building long-term client relationships.

You won’t be starting from scratch. You’ll have immediate roles and a strong flow of inbound opportunities, giving you the chance to learn quickly and build confidence from day one. With experienced mentors, a genuinely supportive team and dedicated Learning & Development, you’ll have the guidance and tools to develop your recruitment skills and progress your career.
