SOC 2482 (85% match) is an eligible occupation, with a going rate of £48,200, and Fuse Energy is a licensed sponsor. That is our reading of the rules. Whether they issue a Certificate of Sponsorship is still their call.
This could also be SOC 2431 (Management consultants and business analysts, Regulatory monitoring and policy analysis could be business analysis work) or SOC 2433 (Actuaries, economists and statisticians, Policy impact assessment and data analytics could fit economist role). We read the code off the advert, so it is our best guess, not the employer's.

About the role
We've raised over $200M from top-tier investors including Balderton, Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Lowercarbon, Ribbit, 20VC, Hummingbird and Collaborative Fund, alongside strategic angels including Nico Rosberg and GPs behind Meta, Revolut, Spotify and Uber.
We're building a fully integrated energy company: developing our own solar, batteries and other generation projects, building our own hardware, improving and developing grid infrastructure, trading power in real time, and installing distributed energy in homes. By selling directly to consumers, we cut out the middleman, lower costs and pass the savings on to our customers.
We're hiring a Regulatory & Compliance Analyst to help us navigate the regulatory landscape as we scale. The role sits in our Regulatory & External Affairs team, working directly with our Head of Regulatory & External Affairs across everything from Ofgem submissions to government engagement. You'll have real ownership from day one.

Not necessarily. Fuse Energy holds a sponsor licence, but sponsorship for a specific hire is always the employer's decision. Be upfront in your application that you'll require it.
