The Opportunity:
Winsor & Newton has been inspiring artists since 1832. As Global Senior Brand Manager, you will shape the strategy and growth of key product ranges—keeping them culturally relevant, commercially ambitious and unmistakably true to the brand.
This is a high-impact, end-to-end role at the heart of our Global Brand Team. You will spot emerging behaviours, turn insight into bold portfolio choices and lead ideas from first concept to global launch. Partnering across Innovation, Sustainability, Operations, Creative, Digital and local markets, you will shape propositions, positioning, pricing and packaging that earn attention, drive growth and help artists everywhere feel in colour.
What You’ll Make Happen:
• Turn insight into advantage: uncover shifts in artist behaviour, culture, competitors and customer needs, then translate them into focused opportunities for growth.
• Shape the portfolio: bring the Global Brand Strategy to life across your ranges, defining priorities, innovation roadmaps and annual plans that build long-term brand equity.
• Lead ideas from concept to launch: own innovation and renovation projects end to end, shaping the proposition, positioning, pricing and packaging direction.
• Create reasons to choose us: develop distinctive messaging, compelling reasons to believe and practical commercial toolkits, enabling Creative, Digital and market teams to deliver brilliantly.
• Connect global ambition with local opportunity: build trusted market relationships, champion best practice and turn local insight into scalable growth.
What You’ll Bring:
• A university degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven brand management experience, with a strong track record in innovation and portfolio development.
• The confidence to work across operational, production and cross-functional teams, bringing people together around a clear direction.
• Strong commercial instincts and analytical confidence, including experience of P&L, pricing, margin and return on investment.
• Genuine curiosity about consumers and the ability to turn insight into propositions people want and portfolio choices that deliver.
• Excellent project leadership, with the pace and precision to navigate complex launches, competing priorities and multiple markets.
• The ability to influence without authority, create clarity and keep diverse stakeholders moving forward together.
• A highly organised, detail-focused and results-driven approach, with the resilience to thrive in a fast-moving global environment.
• A second language or a personal connection to art and creativity would be a welcome advantage.

The offer must clear both the general threshold and the SOC 2432 going rate of £50,100. New-entrant and shortage discounts can lower it.
