Role Overview
This is a senior-level position responsible for supporting the team in driving new client acquisition and deepening relationships with existing UHNW clients. The successful candidate will be a naturally strategic thinker with a strong network, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the needs and complexities of UHNW families.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Support the team in identifying and cultivating new UHNW client relationships through personal networks, referrals, and strategic partnerships, as well as developing their own.
- Develop and execute tailored business development strategies aligned with the firm’s growth objectives.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and private client gatherings.
- Client Advisory
- Serve as a trusted advisor to UHNW clients, understanding their unique needs across investments, estate planning, philanthropy, and family governance.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver holistic solutions.
- Maintain high-touch engagement and ensure exceptional client service standards.
- Strategic Contribution
- Contribute to the evolution of the firm’s value proposition and client experience.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform product development and service enhancements.
- Support senior leadership in strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.

- Project Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and internal initiatives simultaneously.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with financial planning tools, CRM systems, and reporting platforms.
- Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of UK and international regulatory frameworks relevant to UHNW wealth management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven track record of minimum 6-8 years in business development and client advisory within a multi-family office, private bank, or wealth management firm. Or with existing contacts and relationships with UHNWs and SFOs.
- Strong understanding of UHNW client dynamics, including family structures, investment vehicles, and intergenerational planning.
- CFA, STEP, or other relevant qualifications are advantageous.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of integrity and discretion.
