What You'll be Doing
Provide technical leadership and authority across welding activities, advising on welding processes, fabrication methods, quality requirements and best practice to ensure manufacturing excellence. Develop, verify and qualify weld procedures, maintaining accurate qualification records and technical documentation to support compliance. Work closely with Production and Quality teams to resolve technical challenges, investigate issues, identify root causes and implement effective corrective and preventative actions. Support customer audits, inspections and technical reviews while championing continuous improvement to enhance welding quality, productivity and performance.
