Duration: 12 months contract
Pay Rate: 38 – 42 GBP/ hour Inside IR 35 (PAYE)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Client Solutions Manager to partner with clients and internal teams to develop and implement effective digital marketing solutions for the entertainment industry. The role focuses on campaign strategy, performance analysis, account optimisation, and driving measurable business results.
You will work with entertainment clients, including film studios, music companies, publishers, and streaming services, to maximise advertising effectiveness and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing solutions aligned with client objectives and measurable business outcomes.
- Set up, manage, and audit digital advertising campaigns, ensuring accurate implementation and optimal performance.
- Analyse campaign data and audience insights to identify opportunities for improvement, product adoption, and revenue growth.
- Guide media and creative strategies, monitor campaign KPIs, and oversee measurement, tracking, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with clients, media agencies, and internal teams to improve campaign effectiveness and maximise advertising returns.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in digital advertising, campaign management, client solutions, or media strategy.
- Extensive hands-on experience creating, managing, optimising, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of advertising platforms, campaign objectives, bidding strategies, and performance measurement.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with media agencies or in-house digital marketing teams.
- Background in entertainment, media, publishing, film, music, or streaming industries.
- Experience in client-facing roles, advising clients on campaign strategy and advertising performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Key Technical Skills
- Campaign Management: Campaign setup, account audits, management, and optimisation.
- Biddable Media: Understanding of bidding strategies, budget allocation, and campaign delivery.
- Campaign Analytics: Performance analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting.
- Measurement & Optimisation: Conversion tracking, campaign effectiveness, and data-driven recommendations.
- Digital Media Strategy: Audience targeting, creative planning, and advertising performance improvement.
