About the role
We are hiring HR Digital Transformation Lead
Location: Reading - Hybrid / 3 days Per week in Office
- Proven experience in HR digital transformation, HR technology, or HR change management.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and HR service delivery.
- Experience developing and implementing digital roadmaps and HR technology strategies.
- Knowledge of HR systems, digital platforms, process automation, and self-service solutions.
- Experience using HR analytics and data-driven insights to improve business outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills..
- Experience managing technology vendors, implementation partners, and compliance requirements.
