About the role
You will combine technical understanding with commercial skills to ensure our customers receive a fast, professional and high-quality service.
Your responsibilities
- Handle and follow up on service requests from customers, sales and Field Service Engineers.
- Prepare quotations based on customer requirements and technical information.
- Proactively follow up quotations by phone, email and video calls.
- Monitor service contracts and maintenance schedules and proactively contact customers when action is required.
- Ensure Field Service Engineers have all the necessary information before an intervention.
- Create and maintain customer contacts, quotations and orders in Salesforce (SFDC).
- Ensure correct follow-up of changes, additional work and any required credit notes.
- Work closely with Regional Sales Managers and Field Service Engineers.
- Contribute to a strong customer-first approach and build long-term customer relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through a combination of technical and commercial experience.
- Experience in inside sales, sales support or service support, preferably within a technical or industrial environment.
- Good technical understanding and the ability to understand customer applications and requirements.
- Analytical, accurate, proactive and solution-oriented.
- Strong communication and commercial skills.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Good IT skills; experience with Salesforce/SFDC is a plus.
- Experience reading electrical and mechanical drawings or working with industrial safety systems is an advantage.
