Role Overview:

This role exists to make sure day-to-day HR activity is handled accurately, consistently and without unnecessary delay.

Working within the Helix model, you will take ownership of employee lifecycle administration, HR queries, documentation, compliance tracking and people data. You will resolve straightforward matters independently and make sure anything sensitive, complex or higher risk reaches the right HR Business Partner quickly.

By keeping HR operations running effectively, you will give employees and managers a more reliable experience while enabling HR Business Partners to focus on higher-impact people priorities

What you'll be doing:

Employee lifecycle delivery

• Own the administration that supports employees from onboarding through to offboarding. This includes contracts, right-to-work checks, probation tracking, contractual changes, internal moves and leaver documentation.
  
  

A straightforward query begins to raise policy, legal or employee relations concerns and needs timely escalation.

A manual HR process is creating unnecessary work, delays or errors
