About the role
PPC Manager - Leeds (Hybrid) - £40k-£45k
Join a tight knit digital agency wanting to grow out their paid media offering. You'll get to be a huge player in expanding the PPC offering within the company. Based twice a week in Leeds.
Role:
- Manage the day-to-day delivery and optimisation of hands-on paid media campaigns on Google Ads.
- Act as a key point of contact for SME clients, delivering performance updates, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Build, monitor, and report on multi-channel campaigns while ensuring strict adherence to best practices and client KPIs.
- Provide guidance, quality control, and mentorship to team members working alongside you on accounts.
- Collaborate on strategy, tracking setup, analytics, and cross-channel improvements.
- Test new paid search features and techniques… Be ahead of the game!
About you:
- Proven hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns within a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, if you have worked across platforms like Meta, TikTok, or Amazon that's a bonus.
- Comfortable managing a varied portfolio covering B2B, B2C, and ecommerce brands.
- Confident client-facing communication skills with a strong analytical mindset to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience supporting or mentoring colleagues newer to paid media.
- Strong organisational skills with familiarity in tools like Looker Studio, GA4, and Tag Manager.
