About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, local authorities, utility providers and statutory bodies to support project delivery.
- Prepare Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Traffic Management Plans and works programmes.
- Lead site setting out, levelling and surveying activities in accordance with project drawings and specifications.
- Manage day-to-day site operations, supervising site teams and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently.
- Plan and organise labour, plant and materials to meet programme requirements and project deadlines.
- Monitor quality, health, safety and environmental compliance in line with company procedures, contract requirements and legislation.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including as-built drawings, technical reports, site diaries and project records.
- Resolve technical issues, support project planning and budgeting, and manage programme changes, variations and stakeholder requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Requirements
- Degree or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 3-4 years' experience in Water or Wastewater Treatment Plant construction or heavy civils.
- Full Irish/EU driving licence.
- Authorised to work in Ireland.
