About the role
Growth & Demand Generation Lead
Opportunity to join a global travel organisation in a senior marketing leadership role, driving demand generation strategy and performance across a portfolio of international B2B brands.
This role is responsible for developing and executing scalable growth and demand generation programmes that directly contribute to pipeline and revenue. Working closely with regional marketing, brand and sales teams, the Growth & Demand Generation Lead will build a high-performing demand engine across UK markets while leading a team of specialists across Europe, Asia, ANZ and MEA.
Location: London – three days in the office, two from home
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of global demand generation strategies aligned to commercial growth objectives.
- Own full-funnel marketing performance, driving qualified pipeline, revenue contribution and ROI.
- Develop and optimise multi-channel demand generation programmes across paid media, marketing automation, SEO and conversion optimisation.
- Partner with regional marketing and sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns that support market-specific growth objectives.
- Enhance lead nurturing, scoring and lifecycle management processes to improve conversion performance.
- Drive continuous optimisation of digital channels, customer journeys and website performance.
- Establish reporting frameworks and attribution models to measure campaign effectiveness and business impact.
- Provide strategic direction and best practice guidance across global markets.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of growth and demand generation specialists across multiple regions.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align marketing activity with wider commercial priorities and revenue goals.
Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing or digital marketing leadership roles.
